Hi, I’m Noémi

My passions in nutrition coaching are many.

In this line of work, I love that I can help people improve the quality of their lives and feel their best each day. I find the science behind behavior change fascinating and I love helping people make small changes that will lead to longterm, sustainable health. From personal experience, I know that the quality of what we put in our bodies determines our health, energy, and vitality each day.

And when it comes to coaching women and men on how diet can improve their fertility, I know that the food we eat before we conceive can affect the health of our families for generations to come. As a nutrition coach looking to make a difference, what’s not to love? By helping one couple conceive a child, I can not only help them improve their own health, but also that of their future child and their grandchildren and perhaps even their great-grandchildren. That’s a pretty big impact.

And when I’m not coaching nutrition…

You’ll likely find me playing in the mountains: hiking, rock climbing, trail running, backpacking, and cross-country or backcountry skiing.

I love just about any activity that gets me outside in the wilderness; the more miles and hours, the better. I find my time spent in nature to be rejuvenating and a vital part of my mental health and wellbeing. I’m lucky to also have an adventure-loving family to share these experiences with: my husband, Dave, and my Australian Shepherd, Banjo.

Holistic nutrition isn’t about counting calories or pounds on the scale. It’s about looking at the whole picture and which foods make you feel most alive. It’s about eating to both feel energized each morning and also prevent diseases later in life. You will find that it’s often a more “natural” approach, with fewer processed foods and more wholesome ingredients.

Our Approach

  • We look at how whole foods can improve your life in both the short and long term: increase your energy and vitality now, and also prevent disease.

  • Every one of us is unique. We look at each individual person to determine what solution will make you feel your best.

  • Eating well doesn’t have to be expensive, time consuming, or confusing. We teach people how to make healthy eating fast, easy, delicious, and affordable.

  • Behavior change isn’t easy. We teach you how to make new habits now that will turn into sustainable, life long change.
